Documents required for Udyam registration 

You would need a bunch of documents to register for Udyam initiative. The process would be easier for you if you have all the required documents, which are as follows.
  • Aadhaar card and PAN card. Please note your real name and the name in the Aadhaar and PAN card must be the same.
  • Decide the name of your organization beforehand. You would need it here.
  • Get a copy of the previous MSME/Udyog Aadhar registration if you have any.
  • A copy of your current organization.
  • Address proof of your as well as your organization.
  • NIC code
  • Brief detail about how many workers are employed in your company.
  • Your email ID and phone number.
  • Complete detail of your investment and earning of your company. Specify the amount of money you have invested in your company including every single investment. Also, mention the turnover of your company in the last year.
  • A certificate of your company’s establishment date. Also, provide the details about the operations of your organization.
